Austin-Putilov Armored Car1:

The Austin-Putilov had it's ancestry in the United Kingdom, but it was produced in Russia.1 The United Kingdom supplied a large armored car that was designed by Austin.1 These vehicles didn't last very long in the rough conditions in Russia.1 Orders were placed for armored cars revised to Russian standards, but Austin was too busy supplying the British army and was only able to supply bare chassis to the Putilov works in St. Petersburg.1

Design

There were two staggered turrets that only traversed 270°.1

Later models had tracks in the place of the rear wheels.1

Russian Civil War

Many of these vehicles were used during the civil war.1
