Design

The design of the 1/4 Ton Amphibian Truck was standardized in February 1943.1

The hull was waterproof.1 The windshield could be folded forwards.1 The 1/4 Ton Amphibian had a marine rudder and a propeller.1 There were also four lifting eyes and five life preservers.1
