Soviet Polikarpov U-2 bomber, trainer updated

The Polikarpov U-2 / Po-2 was used by the Soviets throughout World War II, which is unusual for a bi-plane. It was used all the way until the taking of Berlin.
I've now added some additional specifications and historical information for it.
