Soviet Polikarpov I-16 fighter updated

One of the few monoplane aircraft that Nikolai Polikarpov designed the Polikarpov I-16 Rata did make up 2/3 of the Soviet fighter force when Germany invaded. Even with the success of the I-16, Polikarpov still designed biplane aircraft.
