Soviet Petlyakov Pe-8 bomber added

The Soviets had a history of producing heavy bombers in the 1920s and 1930s but there wasn't much development during the Great Patriotic War. One heavy bomber that was developed in very small numbers was the Petlyakov Pe-8. They could carry 8,818 lb / 5,000 kg of bombs for a distance of around 2,300 - 3,000 miles, which is very good for a heavy bomber.
