Soviet Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-1 and MiG-3 fighter updated

The Soviet Union fielded some very excellent fighters in World War II. Two of the early models that were good, but didn't quite stand up to the latest German fighters were the MiG-1 and MiG-3. The MiG-3 was regulated to being a escort for bombers and close support.
