Soviet Lavochkin LaGG-3 fighter updated

The Soviet Union had a very excellent early war design in the Lavochkin LaGG-3 fighter. It had a liquid cooled engine which ran into difficulties when they were maintained in the field. It was decided to give preference to radial engined fighters. I've added some additional specifications and historical information.
